Top Edinburgh Doctor Launches Health Retreat in Heart of Rural Perthshire

Limited to just 16 places, Dr Nestor’s guests will reside at the luxury vegan hotel Saorsa1875 in Pitlochry, where they will enjoy group activities including educational sessions, yoga, wild swimming, meditation, and life coaching. 

The mix of education and guidance in nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness and so much more aim to help guests channel their inner calm and peace.

During the retreat, the food on offer will be nutritious, delicious and plentiful. The menu choices will follow a plant-based diet and will be designed to complement your daily activities, providing your body and mind with the essential fuel it needs.

As part of the stay at Anasa, guests will also benefit from group sessions with Lifestyle Medicine doctor, Dr Laura Freeman, to explore the importance of nutrition to taking health to the next level, as well as an individual session with Lifestyle Medicine doctor, Dr Sam Robson, who will assess each individual’s body composition (using an incredibly advanced bit of technology) and discuss methods of how to improve. In addition, life coaches will be running group and individual sessions to suggest positive strategies that will improve focus and calm the mind.

For those who like to sweat, top trainers from Elysium in Edinburgh will be available to get the blood pumping.
