A Glow Like No Other: Dr. David Jack Brings Harley Street Skincare to Fairmont St Andrews
Scotland’s most luxurious coastal retreat just levelled up. Fairmont St Andrews has partnered with Harley Street aesthetic doctor and skincare authority Dr. David Jack to launch a limited-time facial residency in its award-winning spa. Available from 14th June, the new treatments promise science-backed results with serious relaxation vibes – all on a Fife clifftop.
Created by Dr. Jack’s Head Aesthetician, Izabela Pawlitka, the two bespoke facials combine cutting-edge technology with Dr. Jack’s cult skincare formulations and signature sculpting massage techniques. Think Harley Street results with all the pampering you'd expect from Fairmont’s serene spa setting.

Hood Tries It: The Dermasculpt Facial
Blue skies and rolling greens greeted me as I drove into The Fairmont. Summer in the Kingdom of Fife made the setting feel utterly resplendent. Running late (thanks, traffic), I didn’t exactly breeze into the spa with serenity – more a sweaty, frazzled mess. But the spa team were instantly soothing, ushering me from chaos into calm. Within minutes, I was in a fluffy robe, sipping herbal tea in the relaxation room and beginning to forget the outside world.
My therapist soon appeared and led me to the treatment room, where the heated bed awaited and the magic began. I chose the Dermasculpt Facial – and oh my, what a treat. The scent of Dr. Jack’s lotions and potions is dreamy, and each step of the facial felt like a reset. After a deep cleanse and exfoliation came the Korean Golki massage – designed to contour and lift – followed by NuFACE microcurrents to firm, and finally microneedling with the powerhouse EPIGEN-X serum to target texture and boost collagen.
The result? My face looked noticeably lifted, my skin was luminous, and the stress I’d carried in had completely melted away. I looked – and felt – like I’d had eight hours of sleep and a week off. I want one every week. Honestly? Every day.
