Landing in Edinburgh’s St James Quarter for one weekend only – Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July – Jo Malone London invites you to step inside a deliciously whimsical world inspired by its latest limited-edition scent: Raspberry Ripple.

This is the British seaside, reimagined. Think sandcastles, sunny spells, and the unmistakable swirl of childhood joy captured in fragrance form. Lush raspberries and tart redcurrants ripple through creamy white musk, evoking that iconic ice cream flavour with every spritz.

Set against a backdrop of colourful beach huts and a boardwalk-style setup, the immersive pop-up offers a multisensory journey through the notes of the new fragrance. Guests can explore inside each beach hut to discover the story of the scent, pose for a postcard-worthy photo, and sample the full Raspberry Ripple collection – before rounding it all off with a scoop of actual raspberry ripple ice cream.

This limited-edition cologne (available in 30ml, £59 and 100ml, £128) is joined by a special-edition of Jo Malone’s much-loved Wood Sage & Sea Salt, reimagined for summer in collectible bottles.
