H&M Atelier Sharpens its Menswear Offer with First Early Autumn Collection

H&M Atelier has unveiled its first-ever early autumn collection, a transitional wardrobe edit that sharpens the focus on essential menswear through a refined yet contemporary lens.

The capsule, available exclusively online, takes inspiration from the return-to-work mindset of autumn while reimagining familiar sartorial codes. Tailoring, striped shirts and ties are refreshed with slightly oversized silhouettes and layering potential, giving business attire a modern, relaxed energy.

A distinct colour palette underpins the line — indigo rinse denim, camel, deep brown and grey, punctuated with a bold flash of turquoise. Elevated fabrics, from dry wool to corduroy and heritage cottons, add tactility and texture to the season’s look.

“We wanted to explore a mid-season offer of iconic wardrobe pieces for the fashion-aspiring man — that transitional moment after summer when work uniforms come back into play,” explains Ana Hernández, Menswear Designer at H&M. “We continued to revisit celebrated archetypes with a directional silhouette while harnessing intriguing fibres that bring an elevated tactility and texture.”

Key pieces include a relaxed grey wool suit designed to be worn together or broken apart, roomy corduroy trousers paired with knitwear, and crisp striped shirting in unexpected colourways. Craft-inspired details, such as embroidered monogram pockets and carefully finished cuff buttons, reinforce the line’s artisanal feel. A standout leather jacket with a lived-in finish grounds the collection in understated cool.

Launched in 2024, H&M Atelier has quickly carved out a niche as the brand’s capsule menswear line for the style-conscious man, balancing iconic wardrobe essentials with thoughtful craftsmanship and a distinctive, modern point of view.
