At the heart of the three-course sharing menu is the legendary Beef Wellington — tender beef fillet layered with rich mushroom duxelles and wrapped in crisp, golden pastry. Starters and desserts are designed for sharing, creating a relaxed, intimate dining experience that encourages lingering conversation and savouring every bite.

Inspired by the unmistakable culinary style of Gordon Ramsay, the experience blends classic British comfort with refined flair — perfect for a romantic lunch or an atmospheric evening date.
