Meet The Hood Collective
Five women. Five perspectives. One shared love of discovering what’s genuinely worth your time.
If you've ever wondered who the Hood woman is, the answer is wonderfully simple. There isn't one.
For almost a decade, Hood has been written for women across Scotland who are curious about the world around them. Women who love great style, beautiful places, brilliant food, thoughtful design and discovering something new. Women who appreciate quality, value honest recommendations and know that living well looks different for everyone.
That's exactly why we've created The Hood Collective.
This summer we're introducing five women who each bring something different to Hood. Different ages, different careers, different lives, but all united by a genuine love of finding the products, places and experiences that make everyday life that little bit better.
Meet Moira, Nicola, Chloe, Christie and Greer.
Over the coming months they'll be trying, testing and sharing everything from high street fashion finds and beauty heroes to restaurants worth booking, weekends away, hidden gems and the launches everyone will be talking about.
Nothing is chosen because it's fashionable. Everything is chosen because it's genuinely worth recommending.
Beautifully photographed by James McLaren, The Hood Collective will become a regular part of Hood online and across our social channels, bringing you thoughtful recommendations, honest opinions and plenty of inspiration from women living modern Scottish life.
We hope you'll get to know each of them as well as we have.
Welcome to The Hood Collective.
