Whether you’re taking part in Sober October for charity or just fancy expanding your repertoire of non-boozy tipples, we’ve scoured Pinterest to find the best alcohol-free mocktail recipes to shake up at home.
20ml elderflower cordial
45ml pink grapefruit juice
1/2 tbsp lime juice
80ml sparkling water
Mix the elderflower cordial, grapefruit juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
Place ice cubes in a tumbler glass.
Pour over the mocktail mixture and top with sparkling water.
Serve immediately, with pink grapefruit to garnish.

Spiced Apple MockTail
20ml spiced ginger syrup
30ml lemon luice
15ml raw honey
Combine the spiced ginger syrup, lemon juice and honey in glass.
Top with sparkling cider.
Garnish with star anise and an apple wheel.

Virgin Moscow Mule
120ml non-alcoholic ginger beer
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
3 tbsp sparkling water
Mix ingredients in a copper mug, filled three quarters full of crushed ice.
Stir together well.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
