Grapefruit-Elderflower Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 20ml elderflower cordial

  • 45ml pink grapefruit juice

  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice

  • 80ml sparkling water

Method:

  1. Mix the elderflower cordial, grapefruit juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Place ice cubes in a tumbler glass.

  3. Pour over the mocktail mixture and top with sparkling water.

  4. Serve immediately, with pink grapefruit to garnish.

Spiced Apple MockTail

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20ml spiced ginger syrup

  • 30ml lemon luice

  • 15ml raw honey

  • Sparkling cider

Method:

  1. Combine the spiced ginger syrup, lemon juice and honey in glass.

  2. Top with sparkling cider.

  3. Garnish with star anise and an apple wheel.

Virgin Moscow Mule

Ingredients:

  • 120ml non-alcoholic ginger beer

  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 3 tbsp sparkling water

Method:

  1. Mix ingredients in a copper mug, filled three quarters full of crushed ice.

  2. Stir together well.

  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
