Nor’ Loft Launches A Middle Eastern-Inspired Summer Feast Above Edinburgh

Looking for a new summer dining experience in Edinburgh? Nor’ Loft has just unveiled its latest seasonal offering — and it might be the Scottish capital city’s most elevated way to graze your way through a long, golden afternoon.

Perched on the seventh floor of Market Street Hotel, the rooftop champagne lounge is launching a new Middle Eastern-inspired sharing feast from Friday 5 June 2026 until Sunday 30th August. Designed for slow catch-ups, relaxed date nights and sunset dining with skyline views, the menu brings together bold flavours, indulgent sharing plates and Nor’ Loft’s signature sense of occasion.

Guests can choose between 12-hour slow-roasted harissa lamb shoulder or spiced honey halloumi, served alongside courgette, feta and almond salad, piquillo pepper hummus and a fig and hazelnut baklava to finish.

The experience is made for sharing and pairs beautifully with a glass of champagne from Nor’ Loft’s extensive list, which features more than 20 labels.

“Our goal when curating this experience was for guests to enjoy an escape above the busy city during the warmer summer months in Edinburgh,” says General Manager Jill Darling. “The summer feast sharing elements are indulgent yet relaxed, giving guests the opportunity to slow down for an afternoon or evening. We are very much looking forward to welcoming groups of friends and family members alike to enjoy the experience.”

The Nor’ Loft Summer Feast is available daily from Friday 5 June 2026, priced at £50 per person.
