It’s time to loosen your belt and grab your diary – Aberdeen Restaurant Weeks is back from Monday 1st to Sunday 14th September, and this year’s lineup has just been revealed. With over 60 restaurants, bars, and cafés confirmed so far – from local legends to exciting newcomers – the city’s most delicious fortnight promises global flavours, creative menus, and unbeatable set-price deals from £10 to £30.

Whether you’re craving a casual lunch, long dinner, or something in between, you’ll find it on the menu.

Returning Favourites

8848 is one of the big hitters returning to Aberdeen Restaurant Weeks this September

Big hitters like Cafe Andaluz, Al Fresco Italian Restaurant, Cup, 8848, and The Spiritualist are all back for another bite, each one offering something a little special for the fortnight.

“We always look forward to Aberdeen Restaurant Weeks,” says Hannah McConnachie from The Spiritualist. “It’s a great way to connect with new guests and be part of a celebration of the city’s food scene. Plus, it gives us a chance to try out some creative twists on the menu.”

At Wild Ginger, guests can enjoy an appetiser, main, side, naan and a drink for just £25 – all served in sleek, stylish surroundings. “It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase our unique approach to Asian cuisine,” says owner Jeffrey Rahman. “We’re thrilled to be part of it.”

Secret Suppers Return

Part of what makes Aberdeen Restaurant Weeks so exciting is the element of surprise – and the legendary Secret Suppers are back to deliver just that. You won’t know where you’re dining until the day, but rest assured, the food and setting are always worth the mystery. This time there are three Secret Suppers:

  • Saturday 31st August – the official warm-up

  • Friday 12th September

  • Sunday 14th September – the perfect finale

These always sell out fast, so set a reminder.
