A Sip of Sunshine: The Best Mango Lassi

This velvety mango lassi is a breeze to blend and pure sunshine in a glass. Think creamy, cooling and a little exotic – perfect for lazy brunches or as a heatwave hero.

Ingredients (serves 2)

1 ripe mango (or 1 cup mango pulp)

1 cup plain yogurt (Greek for extra creaminess)

½ cup cold milk or water (adjust depending on thickness preference)

1–2 tbsp honey or sugar (to taste)

A pinch of ground cardamom (optional but adds lovely warmth)

Ice cubes (optional)

To serve:

Slices of mango or watermelon to garnish

Mint sprig for a fresh finish (optional)

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy.

  2. Taste test for sweetness and thickness – adjust with more honey or a splash of milk.
