And because no good evening should end without a proper toast, guests will enjoy a whisky tasting from Arbikie Distillery. The east coast, family-run farm operates a true field-to-bottle model, growing its own barley and distilling on site — provenance and craft aligning perfectly with a collection built on material authority.
